Q. Who We Are?
We are a specialist private Airport Mini Cabs transfer service, ground transfers if you will, we provide travellers with a vehicle and a driver to transport them to or from IST Airports and Seaport. This is NOT a shared service the vehicle is for your sole use.
Q. What is a Private VIP Transfer ?
It is a transfer where the vehicle is entirely and exclusively booked for the client. Upon your arrival, our driver is waiting for you with a Company's shield bearing your name. He drives you to your destination address as soon as you leave the Arrival area. This type of transfer is much appreciated by Businessmen and who likes their comfort.
Q. Are your shuttles non-smoking ones ? Are they air-conditioned ? How many seats do they offer ?
All our car are non-smoking, fully air-conditioned, and may receive comfortably up to passengers in addition to their luggage.
Q. Which other transportation means are available at the airport ?
Tram, bus and taxis. Tram is cheap but slow and there is not direct tram to city center. Buses do not drop you off in front of hotels but at fixed stops in Paris. Taxis are very expensive and you will often have to queue up for a long time in front of their stop.
Q. What tip am I supposed to give to the Driver ? Must I pay an extra-charge for my luggage ?
You are not compelled to give a tip, but if you have been satisfied with the service, the Driver will appreciate it. You must not pay for your luggage.
Q. Is there an extra-charge in case of a traffic-jam ?
No, our prices have been fixed in advance and we shall do our best to take you quickly and safely to your destination address.
Q. What area do you cover ?
We can provide service in most parts of the IST, but if for any reason we can't we probably know someone who can. Our aim is to enhance the service that we provide, so be rest assured we will go that extra mile to provide you with as much as we can..
Q. What if I cannot locate my driver ?
Call our 24hr support line on +90 539 599 91 94 quoting your transfer order reference number or your name and our experienced staff will be able to assist.
Q. What happens if my flight is cancelled ?
Contact us as soon as posible on +90 539 599 91 94 We will have monitored the flight and as a result we will not have despatch a driver. Your transfer order will be placed on HOLD for 24 hours, during which you can rebook your transfer at no extra cost.
Q. How can I pay for this service ?
We accept all Cash or credit card via mail order .
Q. Can I cancel my booking ?
